About
Mercy Kelly
The Greater Manchester 4-piece formed during the winter of 2019, channelling a stirring mix of Chameleons-esque guitar sounds and stadium sized melodies. Originally starting out as an acoustic song writing partnership between frontman Jack Marland and lead guitarist Adam Bridge, the group gradually morphed into its current lineup.

The band spent the Spring of 2025 at Kempston Street Studio in Liverpool (formerly Parr Street) and re united with acclaimed producer Alex Quinn, working on new material! the goal was to release new tracks before the end of the year, then follow up with an EP in the early part of 2026.

November the 28th saw the release of ‘Out in The Night’ the third of their three new singles, it's a track that leans further into the bands gothic and jangly influences, pushing that Mercy Kelly sound a step deeper. Early industry feedback has been incredibly positive, with press and curators already responding strongly.....
"If the northern sky could sing, it would probably sound like this...aching, hopeful and endlessly alive". Iain Johnson Odyssey Magazine
